Dreamwood Homes began when we saw the need for Attainable housing in the central Colorado and the greater surrounding areas
When our sister company, Colorado Shed Company, started getting quite a few requests for storage sheds to be turned into homes, we realized the need for beautiful factory-built homes to be manufactured in Colorado.
Because most municipalities don’t allow a storage shed to be zoned as a residence, we discovered many of our customers weren’t sure where to turn for affordable housing, particularly if they already owned land.
Seeing this need for modular homes that were well-built and affordably priced, Dreamwood Homes began in 2020.
With our line of engineered floor plans to choose from, along with custom options available, our goal is to help Colorado landowners be proud of their homes and live their dream!
