Every new home requires work on site to prepare the build area, build a foundation, and connect water, sewer, and electric services. These development costs are required whether your home is built on site or in a factory. However, unlike traditional on-site construction, while your Dreamwood home is being built in the factory, most of this work can happen simultaneously on your land — further reducing your overall build time.
Dreamwood Homes is not just the factory that builds your home, but also the General Contractor for all site work. Our sister company, Earthworx Site Development, provides most of these services, along with a select group of local subcontractors we trust.
Before you make any monetary deposit with us, we conduct a site feasibility visit to assess your specific property. From that visit, we provide a detailed site work estimate tailored to your land and project — so you have a clear, accurate picture of your total investment before moving forward.
